For building security purposes, please let us know who will be attending. All guests must be registered and provide photo ID to enter the building. Please email your guest list, including first and last names, to . If visiting, please plan to start your work day no earlier than 8:30am. We are located on the 2nd Floor of 3100 Clarendon Blvd. Our space sits directly above Sweetgreen, Pacers Running, Bar Bao and The Renegade. The building is across the street from the Clarendon Metro station. Once you arrive, take the elevator to the 2nd floor where our Industrious staff will be at the front desk to greet you. If you are having any trouble finding us, please give us a call at (703)214-5410. Please do not arrive after 4pm as street level entrances are secured after 4pm.

Revising my previous 5-star review: what started out as an awesome workspace became--with the new team installed a few months ago--an unwelcoming and hostile environment. Industrious on the whole tends to be great, but the folks at front desk at the Clarendon location have made it impossible to use any of the common spaces or even a comfortable desk chair...steer clear of this location.
