I was recently charged a $9 “uncollected mail” fee that was never disclosed at signing — the charge was applied without prior notice or explanation. I pay $70 for mail‑holding services and currently have a single letter, so there is no overflow or excessive handling. When I asked about the fee, staff said I must call the front desk to be notified of mail every single week, which is inconvenient and inconsistent with the service I paid for. Otherwise the $9 would apply every single time I would receive a single letter and don't pick it up within the random 7 day limit. I requested the contractual basis for the fee and a waiver; the response was unclear. Poor communication and unexpected charges — I cannot recommend this "service" and location. -->Note for the owner: I contacted the help desk, the office and the individual I signed the contract with. I am waiting on answer from anyone of these.
