I've had an overall pleasant experience with the staff, but for business needs this place was honestly only good for taking away my money

We've been at Saltbox for two years and counting, and I can honestly say I don't know what we would do without it! As a growing business who needed an affordable warehouse and office space solution, it was a dream come true! They have everything we need to operate in the warehouse and the office facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We love bringing our clients and team there and the staff is always there for support. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Communication Our experience with Saltbox has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Ms. Lynn Osei, who served as our primary point of contact, was consistently unpleasant and unprofessional in her interactions. Multiple members of our team independently noted how unwelcoming and uncooperative she was throughout the process. Due to an urgent operational need, Saltbox was the only option that could accommodate our short-term requirements. Otherwise, based on the customer service alone, we would not have considered moving forward. During our decision-making process, the unit we were interested in was suddenly no longer available—this critical update was not proactively communicated to us. I had to follow up myself to learn that a comparable unit would not be available for another month. Despite the inconvenience, our team agreed to make it work. We also had to advocate for ourselves to receive the advertised “1-month free” promotion, which was not mentioned at any point during the tour or initial communications. Only after I provided a screenshot from Saltbox’s own corporate website was the promotion acknowledged and included in our agreement. I executed the lease agreement in a timely manner and understood that, prior to move-in, we needed to submit: A one-month deposit A copy of our business license (which required time to obtain, as we are a new business) Proof of insurance coverage Instead of collaborating with us to complete the process, we were contacted only after the payment due date with a message implying that the unit would soon be made available to another party. There was no inquiry about the status of the remaining required documents, nor any indication of flexibility. I replied promptly, reiterating that we were working within the agreed-upon timeline—especially considering our lease was not scheduled to begin for another two weeks. I received no response. Today, we were informed via email that our lease had been canceled due to non-payment and that neither I, my associates, nor anyone affiliated with our business would be permitted to lease from Saltbox at any location moving forward. This decision, made without discussion or accommodation, is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Moreover, the condition of the warehouse itself was substandard, with one of the bay doors non-functional during our tour. We will be escalating this matter to the Mayor’s office and the State Attorney General, where we maintain active professional relationships. The disregard for basic business courtesy and contractual fairness exhibited in this case warrants further scrutiny. I strongly advise other businesses to avoid Saltbox and seek partnerships with organizations that value transparency, professionalism, and customer service.

This has been a dream come true. If you own an e-commerce business and need space for products this is for you. The best part and what sold me was the package pick-up and drop-off right inside your suite! Like ALL of your packages no matter the size. The Saltbox team is top tier. Their service is incredible. Their solutions are quick. I couldn’t ask for better service. Another great thing about Saltbox is safety. You have to use your phone to get in and out of every single door leading to your suite. Because it’s a large warehouse people are always there. I feel comfortable going at any time. This was important for me. Lounges, Conference Rooms, Content Photoshoot Room, Printers, Wi-fi, they will even put your furniture, shelving, etc. together once delivered to your suite. It’s literally a dream come true. As a small business owner everything I need is right in the warehouse. Everything. I highly recommend!
