Hotel is well located for downtown Alexandria and a block from the Metro station for DC. A free shuttle service is provided within a mile of the hotel. Can not fault the cleanliness of this hotel and the friendliness of all the staff I encountered during my stay. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The breakfast catered for all, excellent choice available. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife booked a room at this location by mistake, she was trying to book a room in Alexandria Louisiana, we call to cancel minutes after booking and couldn't get them to answer the phone. We booked the room through Priceline and they call at least four times with no answer. So after a week our request came back as "DENIED". How unethical! With this I thought others should know about their values or lack of. So please consider this when thinkng of booking at this location.

For the rate, rooms should supply water.no glasses to pour a drink.bathroom only had 3 wash clothes. Service at front desk was great and the location.make some more handicap spots!!!!!
