My experience at the Virginia location was unacceptable. The representative, Cody, made what should have been a simple conversation feel like a high-pressure sales interaction. Before I could even get through the door, the focus immediately became payment. I hadn’t even had a chance to ask questions or get comfortable before I was repeatedly pressed about paying. His tone came across as dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was nothing more than a transaction. As a woman, the interaction left me feeling genuinely uncomfortable, and I chose not to move forward because of how I was treated. No one should feel pressured or uneasy when they’re simply trying to rent a workspace. Professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy cost nothing, but they were completely missing from this experience. I sincerely hope corporate takes customer feedback seriously because one employee’s behavior can drive away paying customers and seriously damage a company’s reputation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. If you’re looking for storage or workspace, I’d suggest considering Public Storage or another traditional workspace where customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Had an appointment set up two weeks in advance. Was a zoom meeting. They were communicative up until the meeting then they went completely ghost and nobody showed up to the meeting. Tried to reach out to two people and heard nothing back. Would not recommend using them. There are plenty of other options such as Saltbox who will help you and stay in communication. Don’t waste ur time!
