We paid for co-working space online and the property was closed when we arrived. We then tried to get our money refunded and calls were then being sent to voicemail.

I rented a private office space at Del Ray Cowork for over a year. The experience as a whole was excellent. There were never any major issues, but even the small things that were brought to the attention of the owner, Chris, were handled very quickly. The location is excellent being right on Mt. Vernon Ave, and the office space was quiet & was kept clean very clean. Give it a try!

I was looking for an office space for a new business, and Chris was very professional, friendly, and absolutely full of knowledge. He was nice enough to even share some pointers, which a small business like mine can truly appreciate. the building is in a very nice area, with many businesses near by.
