I have been working here at The Loop with my company for the past year and when I say they are thoughtful, considerate, and helpful - that is an understatement. The spaces are always clean, our deliveries are always safe and well received, and all the other tenants I have met so far are just as pleased with the environment. The property manager Chris has always been kind, courteous, and is only a phone call away. 10/10.

Showed up at 10am for a tour and was told I would be able to use the space for a few hours. I called the office when I arrived and was told that the manager had called out sick and I would have to reschedule. When someone plans their day around a tour and taking meetings, the least you could do is call/email to let me know not to show up. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

This coworking space is really something special, especially the professional office suites that are conveniently located in the same building as all of the amazing amenities. The little things matter here and it shows.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The Loop may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Loop.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
