I had an outstanding experience with HQ West Valley City! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. I have an office space and I use the E-check metond on auto payment so its on time and then I get an e mail saying the payment is late so there systems and info dont work I made an extra payment for know reason so watch out I have to do extra steps to prove the payment was made

I’m impressed with these private offices in the West Valley area. The space is beautiful, exceptionally quiet, and very comfortable—perfect for getting focused work done. It’s nice to have high-quality executive offices available on the West side at an affordable price.

Was sneakily charged a two month retainer fee on a separate invoice without my knowledge a few hours later and they refused to cancel contract within three business days. Any legitimate business would have calculated the retainer fee at the checkout purchase - not sent you a separate invoice a few hours later. The only reason a business would do this is to mislead investors about income that is not coming in and will never appear. There is no phone numbers "over their head" no 24 hour customer service support and the web site basically funnels everything into certain answers. For someone trying to get a business off the ground this is not a good vibe to start with. I tried to cancel services as a courtesy, not do a charge back, but they seem intent on kicking a person when they are down on their luck? My opinions.
