My most recent visit here was amazing. Haydn was so incredibly kind and helpful. I'd made a mistake in my booking and she was eager to help me rectify the error without costing me additional money. This is my third encounter with Haydn, she has gone above and beyond each time our paths have crossed. But she was my absolute hero during my last booking.

Was greeted by Jaden on the 5th floor, and he was an absolute treat helping me prepare for a long meeting with a zillion samples for a client of mine. Friendly, whilst being professional at the same time, he made sure we had everything we need and were comfortable throughout the entire day.
