I do not recommend this space. The team running this space is disorganized, which I believe is related to a management issue. Our move-in experience was terrible, and we didn't even move in until 25 days after our lease started, which was on the 1st of the month. I also mentioned that we required the ability to have our own router, and that we needed to be able to print on our own copy machine, and it took a week after we moved in for them to get it to work after multiple requests to get this issue fixed. Months before we moved in, I asked for information needed to ensure our move-in would be smooth, but the lack of communication and responsiveness delayed our move-in and impacted our ability to run our business. They also have not been very responsive with other concerns and issues we've run into.

They charged me a $300 fee after i chose not to renew my lease. They called it a ‘restoration fee’. None of this was ever explained to me. It’s buried in the terms. Horrible way to treat a tenant

Came and used a day office here for the day when I flew into SLC. It’s a beautiful location, front desk staff was lovely, and I had a great experience. Favorite Spaces location I’ve used.

Great office so far. The amenities and lounge areas are plentiful and comfortable. Lot of different areas to get work done with fantastic view of valley. Great value too.
