We rented from Kyle for a little over a year and his space was perfect for what we needed during that time. He was super easy to work with, and it made for an easy experience as a tenant in the building. Anyone looking for a space would not go wrong renting at this cowork space.

Our company needed an easy to work with, laid back office space for a big 4 month project we had going on and Kyle/PowerBX was a perfect fit! Clean, professional yet laid back and friendly environment. Perfect location right off i15 and near lots of food and other convenient stores. Kyle was the best to work with. Hoping to be back here again soon for future projects.

Kyle is awesome. This place helped us launch our business. The energy there is exceptional. Kyle was a great source of knowledge and insight. We had to leave somewhat abruptly and Kyle worked with us to find a more than fair solution. I 10/10 recommend this business.

Love coming to the PowerBX space. Everybody is friendly and it’s a really fair price. It’s also a great location and has been easy for me and my team to get to.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with PowerBx.
