Updated Review: My previous negative experience was mainly a reflection of the current manager. Reuben, the new manager, is a breath of fresh air. We came to a fair resolution on the billing issue but more importantly, I was treated like a fellow community member and not just a customer. I can tell he cares, and also doesn't take things too seriously. As a founder, I'm glad I found a supportive space in HAVN. ********************************************** Previous Review: Credit where it's due: the facilities are genuinely nice. The space is well designed, the furniture is quality, and some of the employees clearly care and treat this like a real community. This place has a lot of potential. I'm a Salt Lake Crossing resident and joined HAVN genuinely excited — I came for community and a real workspace, and after an AI build night here, I signed up. Here's my experience, with dates. I signed up at $100/month: the rate I was quoted, the rate on my invoice, the rate I was billed. Weeks later, I got a phone call saying the real rate was $150 and the $100 was a mistake on their end. When I asked to speak with the person who signed me up, I was told that wasn't an option. On June 26, management confirmed in writing the error was theirs — but said my rate would go to $150 on August 1 anyway. I replied June 27 asking them to honor my invoice. Four weeks of silence. I followed up again today. Throughout this, I never felt heard — I felt managed. In my conversations with staff, what came up more than once was what their investors expect in returns. When a member raises a documented billing issue and hears more about investor expectations than about making it right, it tells you where the priorities sit.

We’ve had a great experience working out of HAVN SLX. It’s easily the best coworking space in Salt Lake City. The space itself is beautiful, the private offices are comfortable, and the whole setup feels much more polished than a typical shared office. The amenities are a huge plus too. Having access to the gym, rooftop, pool, covered parking, and other building amenities makes it genuinely enjoyable to come into work every day. There’s also a great community of founders and entrepreneurs here, which gives the space a really good energy without ever feeling distracting. If you’re looking for coworking in SLC, private office space, or just a professional place to build a business, I’d definitely recommend HAVN SLX. The team has also been great to work with and has always made us feel welcome.

Amazing, tasteful, and the best place to gather for events that build community. The management is focused on purposeful work and provides meaningful intersects for nonprofit work. We are so grateful for them!

Been coworking here for about a month so far, and I'm a really big fan of the space. Reuben & Chloe at the front are both always happy to chat, office tasks like printing are a BREEZE compared to other coworking spaces, and the general profile of the people coworking here is very friendly. Plus, the rooftop pool and the gym are awesome upgrades from my last coworking spot!

Really nice to have a place to work away from home. Great people, great coffee, and great amenities!
