Consistently you will find that the large elevator which is one of two elevators is always down. The other elevator is a very small elevator. The garage door is left open and it is dirty inside and out. People move in and out of here all the time and they can't fully rent this place for over 2 years now.

They could give me a 50% discount on the rent and I still would never resign a lease here. Elevator smells like a dog smoking a cigarette took a dump in it, neighbors who play pickup basketball games above you at 2 in the morning, and management that drags their feet every step of the way all the way down to getting your deposit back. A deposit in which they’ll take 1/3 of it to clean a 400 square foot box, regardless of whether or not you clean it before moving out. 1 star.

Little to no control of wild tenants. Unresponsive management and constant lease violations that go unreprimanded. Late night wild parties in the common area. Open container drinking! No security! Cops here all the time! My boyfriend and I are getting fed up!

Dirty inside and outside dog poop, rude staff, elevator out for days! No security, cops here all the time! 1 bd. 1 bath or studio with not enough room. Washing machine and dryer in bathroom. No water pressure, sewer gas, and all electric. Section 42 low income and inspections all the time.

No clue how the actual apartment is but I've never walked by an apartment building that reeks stronger of dog pee and poop. Y'all gotta do something about how nasty that is.
