I am a forensic psychotherapist and evaluator for the courts. My office recently flooded, which required me to cancel several appointments. One of my evaluations had a hard court deadline, and the client agreed to proceed so we could avoid any delays. I booked a workspace at the Regus Ogden location for that morning and sent the client a photo of the office upon arrival. Unfortunately, she had concerns about the lack of visual privacy, as the offices have windows that are visible from the outside, and she decided she was not comfortable proceeding with the evaluation in that setting. Given the sensitive nature of a forensic evaluation, her concern was entirely understandable. I reached out to Regus afterward to ask whether a refund might be possible given the circumstances. They declined, citing their refund policy, which I understand. That said, I did pay $85 for approximately ten minutes of time in an office that ultimately could not serve its intended purpose through no fault of my own planning, and a little flexibility in a situation like this would have gone a long way. I recognize that policies exist for a reason, but in my experience, the willingness to extend some goodwill in unusual circumstances tends to say a great deal about a company's customer service values. Unfortunately, this experience has given me enough information about Regus's approach to customer relations that I would not feel comfortable recommending them to colleagues who may find themselves in similar situations in the future.

RENTERS BEWARE, Horrible facility, let me explain why. The staff will lie to your face then blame Regus and shrug their shoulders when they say something will happen that doesn’t. They stole from me, like actually, they put internet charges on my bill but internet is included. Then when I asked multiple times they just say Regus isn’t getting back to them so it’s too bad. No refund nothing, just theft because they know they can take advantage of people and not get taken to court for it. They also told me that I could have an office mate and they would not be charged a sign up fee because he didn’t need a key or fob. Then I get billed a second sign up fee. When I asked why, they just blame regus. You can’t believe a word the staff says because when they’re caught lying they’ll just defer responsibility to higher ups. Also, I would be very careful about going to any therapist in this building as the walls are legitimately paper thin and I’ve had to listen to way too many therapy sessions that should have been confidential. These therapist/psychologists/psychiatrists know this so they put speakers on the door handles playing white noise, but that just makes the hallways throughout the building noisy (also very annoying) but it does not do anything for the offices on both sides of that therapist’s office. You can hear everything spoken about on both sides, this should probably violate HIPPA.

We are newer to the building and love having our office here. Michelle at the front desk is AMAZING! she is so helpful, she is always in a great mood and happy to help us with all of our questions. The shared kitchen space is always kept clean and organized so we can always find everything we need.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Ogden - Harrison Blvd, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
