Offices facing east will be 75-82 degree's most of the day between May - September. No way around it, HVAC wasn't designed to keep these offices cool when getting a lot of sunlight.

The office space is great and competitively priced. Everything is maintained well, with clean common areas and waiting areas for clients. Things have been extra great since Star joined the Regus Logan office. They are great to work with and have been doing a lot around the office to make it better.

The office space itself is nice, but the management is extremely unreliable. My lease rate was nearly doubled after just one year with no reasonable explanation. I then signed an agreement for a different office in the building, but management gave that space away to someone else — after I had already committed to it. Even then, they still refused to release me from my lease. Very disappointing experience and a clear lack of accountability.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is very sneaky, and harmful to small businesses. There is no early lease termination, no subletting, no way out of your contract. I have rented with them since 10/2023, in Dec of 2024 I spoke with them regarding lease termination and was told I had to complete the lease term. I moved out of the office in Feb of 2025 and continued to make payments to remain in good standing. As of today they are forcing me into another 1 year automatic lease renewal. They are falsely claiming that I did not turn in my lease termination notice timely. No human would talk to me except to say it was my legal responsibility now. No negotiating, no help, NOTHING. This people are like robots, just giving a spill. They are heartless. Any small business should be warned to run fast, away from this company. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. DEMITRIA KEYES
