Searched high and low for a venue location on the more affordable end and passed this one by because it just looked too expensive! Last ditch effort went and and checked the pricing and found it surprisingly affordable! It was closer to city building rentals but with a larger space and lots of extras! Here’s what I loved about it that makes it stand out above the rest: - beautiful, open space with so many windows and so much natural light! -the staff set up and take down the tables and chairs AND clean up. Every community rental will require you clean up and at the end of the day, you will be SO grateful that all you have to do is clear your stuff out! -linens included-with a lot of color options! -other extras included too (cake stands, arches, picture stands, vases, stereo equipment) -event staff on site during set up, the event, and take down. Our event had 4 staff there who helped down to refreshing our drink dispensers. I did not expect that at this price point! -use of brides room upstairs included -I liked choosing what areas we wanted to pay for and we were the only event -beautiful views! Just wait until the sunset! -our event was July 1 and the air conditioning worked great! -we didn’t pay to use the outside area but they allow you to use it for the send-off and it works really well! In short, if you live in Herriman, Bluffdale, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, or Eagle Mountain (and potentially farther away), this space is worth a visit!

What a great venue! Beautiful views and a really large place that accommodated our large crowd beautifully. The workers were super nice and helpful. (Other reviews complained about parking and air conditioning and neither of those things were a problem for us.) Would definitely recommend. 👍

We had our wedding here a month ago, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our special day perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. Every detail was well maintained, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how gorgeous everything looked. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They were organized, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Caleb definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect venue and experience. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful location with great views, plenty of space, and an outstanding team. Thank you for helping make our dream wedding come true!
