It's very inconvenient if you put up a sign indicating that they have stepped away briefly from the front desk and then indicate that a phone number should be called to contact somebody and then not have that phone number monitored and have to leave a voicemail or have to leave an email. They should at least be an option where that person is carrying a cell phone with them so that somebody can be contacted. Wasted a total of 20 minutes waiting for someone to come back to the front desk. Not the best advertising I can think of for your services.

This is a great location! The interior design and decor is very pleasant and professional. I mainly wanted to leave this review because of an employee there named Faith. Faith is at the front desk and she's just flat out awesome. She is kind, sweet and super friendly. We had a business meeting here and she got everyone thru and to the correct rooms quickly. It just seems rare to encounter someone who actually seems to enjoy their job and smiles while doing it! She's made such a positive impression on me that I just had to share. Good people are hard to find and Regus has a good one here in Cottonwood Heights!

I would recommend going to places like Kiln or other office space places. These people are not easy to work with, there are constant issues with access cards on the weekends, and the office staff are unable to resolve any issues themselves.
