“I experienced a serious scam with the towing company they work with. Market Street Management is also involved in this matter. We parked in the free parking at H-E-B, but we were hit with a $360 fine. We received no explanation or support, and it seems like part of a scheme to collect illegal commissions. I warn the public about this.

I reserved a meeting room for four people for the day through SpacesWorks.com. The receptionist was polite, professional, and attentive, and the location itself was convenient with multiple nearby dining options. Parking and building access were also straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly undermined by the lack of reliable internet connectivity. Throughout the entire day, speeds never exceeded 0.5 MB/s, making it impossible to conduct video conferences without constant audio dropouts. I was ultimately forced to use my personal phone’s hotspot, which provided ten times the speed. For a shared office workspace, dependable internet should be a basic and non-negotiable standard, especially given the premium price point. Additionally, while minor compared to the connectivity issue, I was surprised to find that coffee was not complimentary and instead charged at $1.50/cup. Having used shared workspaces for over a decade, I have never encountered a situation where coffee—typically considered a basic amenity—was not provided as part of the service. Overall, while the staff and location were positives, the poor internet service and lack of expected amenities made this a disappointing experience.

Easy to get to. Parking is easy and you walk right up to the middle of market street. They always have an event going or create places to take photos. Just upscale nice place to take a family or a date night. Nice restaurants and shopping. Everything you can think of there. You see kids playing couples walking hand-in-hand very family oriented you’ll see nice cars, fancy cars. Fancy restaurants very nice place. Now as for Regus itself is very nice office space. Very upscale modern location. I have been to other regus locations and this is one of the nicest. First, you have to go up the escalator and then you walk to the left passed elevator into the lobby of Regus. Where there is a receptionist to help, a coffee bar, tables and booths. Almost looks like a restaurant . Oh they also have 2 or 3 vending machines. The office spaces are large, the halls are wide and nice clean bathrooms. Easy parking easy location to work or visit. Kind of hard to find if you’ve never been there but once you’ve been there, it’s easy. Just remember you have to go up the escalator but when you come down, you have to use the elevator. As you can see from my pictures they have little photo opportunities everywhere. You can also pay to park on the curb. But might be hard to get a space. Garage parking is safe and secure. Plus they have security guards The patrol the parking garages. Oh they also have valet parking and carwash option parking. There’s a Tesla promotion product space, so you can see the new models of Tesla. With EV charging stations. This is all on the first level of the parking garage. That’s the best place to park.
