Indy by Industrious has been a great experience for me. It's a very calm environment, the staff is very friendly, and it's nice having the amenities of the Woodlands so close. I am a documentarian who lives near downtown Houston. I typically work out of my own studio space. Though I do often find myself in various parts of the city, which is why coming up the Woodlands to work was a nice change of scene and allowed me to stay focused on the edit I was working on. I am considering getting a monthly membership so I can take advantage of the productivity boost more often.
Modern flexible workspace, with dedicated offices, co-working space, phone rooms, kitchen, and easy parking in the waterway lot.
Love Indy! Such a great space - great staff - wonderful amenities. My productivity always improves but the work pressure does not!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Industrious.
