It's been a great here! The offices are modern and bright, The Management team is great, goes above and beyond to address any needs or questions we have had.

I absolutely love the uniqueness of this location, the furniture and how clean and tidy it always is amazes me. When I need a quiet place to work out of I know this is the location to come to. Dominique is very nice.

Empty building, no receptionist till recently, no tenants, thin walls, you can hear everything from other tenants’ office, very expensive, hard to deal with, hidden fees. It's like they forgot about this place. It is a total disaster. Out of the few tenants no one is happy. It's like Regus is trying their hardest to push people away and make this place a failure. THERE IS NO WAY THIS PLACE WILL SUCCEED THE WAY THEY ARE OPERATING IT. They don't care. Save your money and go elsewhere. Do not rent here unless you want problems in the future.

STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS A TRAP!! BE VERY CAREFULL!! Their business model is try to convince you to rent a small office and then they will invent charges like high-speed internet, kitchen amenities, additional services, etc that you never requested or even if you have canceled them already, they will charge them to you anyway. They will charge you a lot of small amounts of money on these things so if you don't revise your statements, you end up paying hundreds of dollars that are not part of the lease. Then if you complain, they will say no, then no again and no again, until after some months and a lot of fight and time invested, they will finally drop it. But it will never be reimbursed!!! It is a terrible business model based on stealing money from tenants via invented services and then never refund it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • At Regus - Sugarland - University Blvd, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
