  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sugar Land Business Suites.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Sugar Land Business Suites? How about for a day or a month?

  At Sugar Land Business Suites, you can book a Falcon, Gulfstream or a Hawker for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Falcons, Gulfstreams and Hawkers are also available.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?
