Regus holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Let that help with your decision whether to use this company. Changing my review to a zero stars. They auto renew your virtual office contract even after you cancel. Next thing you know your card is getting charged again. Unfortunately my credit card was being charged without me being aware of it. So we canceled again. Well. wouldn't you know. My card was charged again after the newest cancelation. These guys are a scam. Stay away. there are much better alternatives. Regus holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)

These guys are a scam. Stay away. We have canceled our virtual office several times. Then they "Auto renew" I have called multiple times and then send the cancelation email AGAIN. We continue to get our credit card auto charged. They count on you don't notice the charges on your business account and sure enough they get away with this. Go with their one of their competitors.

Disappointed and Misled I signed up for a virtual office with Regus expecting professionalism and privacy, but unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The whole point of a virtual office is to create a professional presence even when you're not physically there. However, when clients drop by asking for me, the front desk staff tells them, “Oh, she hasn’t been here in a while.” That’s completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It’s not their place to make comments like that, especially when it can damage client relationships. On top of that, Regus locks you into a contract that doesn’t adapt to your needs. I am planning on moving to another state, and the only available Regus locations are over an hour away and offer fewer amenities (only shared space, no dedicated office). Yet I'm still required to pay the higher Houston rate for less value and less privacy, not to mention the Regus offices there are being offiered at a cheaper rate because they offer less value. A shared coworking space in my line of work is a HARD NO. Bottom line: If you're considering Regus for a virtual office, be aware of how little flexibility and discretion they offer. What looks like an affordable, professional option on the surface quickly turns into a frustrating, inflexible situation once you're locked in. And isn't this just RICH. The reply to my review just adds even more reason not to use Regus. They can't find my account, but they can find my credit card number to charge every month!

My experience with Regus has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. I recently had the misfortune of working with a company that claims to offer flexible office spaces and coworking solutions, but what I encountered was pure deception and manipulation at every turn. First off, I was shocked to learn that Regus holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)—and frankly, after my experience, it's no surprise. This rating is a testament to their appalling business practices and utter disregard for their customers. Regus markets itself as affordable and flexible, but don’t be fooled. Once you sign the dotted line, the story changes entirely. They bombard you with hidden fees buried deep in the fine print, and suddenly, the cost of their "affordable" office space skyrockets. The price you see online is only a fraction of what you'll actually end up paying, and they make sure to catch you off guard with extra charges that weren’t even mentioned upfront. The contracts are deliberately vague. You’ll find it nearly impossible to make any changes or cancellations without being hit with outrageous penalties. When I tried to clarify my obligations, I was met with nothing but dismissive and unhelpful customer service. Every attempt to get answers was met with frustration. What’s worse? Regus is charging for services they never provided. Months after I stopped using their services, I was still charged, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with evasive responses and zero accountability. They couldn’t even provide an explanation for the charges on my account, let alone offer a solution. I’m clearly not alone in this experience. Regus’ BBB profile is filled with numerous complaints from other customers who have been scammed, misled, and left with unresolved issues. When they do respond, it’s typically with vague, cookie-cutter replies that offer no real resolution or support. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving customer issues—they just want to take your money and move on. At the end of the day, Regus seems more concerned with getting your money than actually providing any meaningful service. The combination of misleading advertising, hidden fees, and dreadful customer support makes them a company to avoid at all costs. If you're considering using Regus, run the other way. Trust me, there are far better options out there that actually care about their customers and value transparency. Stay away from this scam. Save yourself the headache and the money.
