Do not bring your business here. I own and operate my small business, Enhanced Beauty at this location. I started September 1st and the Air conditioning went out not even 2 weeks later. I pay almost $1500 a month to rent a 190 square foot space which includes utilities. When the AC went out, I was patient, it wasn’t until after 4 weeks I started to ask if I could receive a discount on rent because I have had to block off 3-4 hours of my books every day because of how hot it gets in my room. I’m sweating bullets, my clients are sweating so waxing and facials aren’t doable. The management company basically told me “we don’t do that here” and so we are currently almost 8 weeks with no air conditioning. I was told the part needed to fix it has been discontinued so it’s incredibly hard to find. I asked why a new unit has not been purchased weeks ago and was not given an answer. The windows in the building are sealed so portable AC units are not an option. The only option I have been given is to move my things to an empty suite which has no sink, no hook up, and is a smaller space for an undetermined amount of time. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a company treating small business owners this way. A month into me renting here, they sent out a survey asking for my opinion, I submitted my response, then management reached out to me saying my opinion was an unfair assessment of the business. The other tenants here who have been here longer than me do not have good things to say about the management either. They just told us they hope and expect the AC to be fixed December 22nd, 2025. 3 & a half months without air conditioning that I still have to pay for. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m not trying to be a Karen, but if you are a small business owner, your business means everything, having to block off 12-16 hours of my books each week has a huge impact on my clients, my business and myself. If you are a small business owner, do not rent here. Over-priced, terrible customer service from management and genuinely the most disappointing experience I haver ever had. Save you and your business the heartache. PS. The one 5 star review on here is the owner
