I was there simply to pick up mail for a virtual office and ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to return to the front desk. The counter had mail strewn across it, along with keys and a tumbler, making it appear as though someone had just stepped away briefly. There was no sign indicating that the desk was unattended, that the employee was at lunch, or when someone would return. I checked with others in the offices, but no one was able to assist—not that I expected them to be responsible for the front desk. When the employee finally returned, she explained that she had been on her 30-minute lunch break and told me that, in the future, I could be sure someone would be there after 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, I had already been waiting for 45 minutes. It’s also worth noting that the phone went unanswered during this time, and there was no voicemail message explaining the closure or providing an expected return time. For a business providing virtual office services, including mail handling, there should be a better system in place to communicate when the front desk will be unattended. A simple sign with a return time or an updated voicemail message would have prevented a great deal of unnecessary waiting and frustration.

Great experience at Regus Southlake – Cedar Ridge! The office space is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is always professional, helpful, and responsive. It’s a perfect environment for productivity and meeting clients. Highly recommend!

After just a few months, they decided to raise our rental rate by over 60% for no reason. They also got the letter to us the day after the 30 days we had to give notice, so we had to pay the 1 month rent at an insanely high amount. We terminated the lease and they sent a $600 bill for cleaning on a 300 sqft office we rented for 3 months. They manipulate their contracts to get the most amount of money from you as possible. would not recomend any sort of lease from them unless it is your only option available.

After dealing with Cedar Ridge, I'm cancelling all 6 of my other Regus locations, I agree with the other 1 star post, they are very misleading.
