UPDATE: Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I was told that I could refund my TWO deposits (because apparently although I put my credit card on file and it took the first deposit and first month no problem, it wasn't automatically deducted so I was charged two months deposit). Well apparently that isn't the case and I had to give a bank account. Now 30 days later I received an email that they couldn't refund me because they could not find the connection between the company I own, and the company they registered me under. I had to now send them company registration, bank docs, EIN and other requested documents in order to facilitate what will still likely take another 60 - 90 days to process. DO NOT GET AN OFFICE WITH ANY REGUS OFFICE ANYWHERE. They are quick to take your money and faster to make excuses or utilize bureaucracy to not give it back to you. Their North American CEO is useless and has not answered any email he has been copied on. Previous review The only reason I am giving this any stars is the staff here. They are great people. That being said, DONT GET AN OFFICE HERE. I have had either a Regus or a Spaces office in 3 different countries and though there have been some minor issues with billing, I have never seen one so egregious. First, they can't really explain to you their charging until 15 emails and finally one person can explain it to you. Although it seems when you make your first payment you are opted in to auto pay, you are not and then charged another deposit (you already paid one that will likely take 6 months to get back in my experience). Then they will threaten to take away your access and disallow access to you if you do not pay immediately despite trying to understand the charges. I gave my notice today and had to include my lawyer in the correspondence. As a person running a company I would either fire my IT, or whoever set up this system. Again, the only saving grace here is the staff at this particular Spaces. I have wasted hours I don't have trying to solve this issue. If you look into IWG the parent group they have had multiple issues including bankruptcy. It is not any surprise to me. "In 2020 IWG was in financial trouble; over a few months it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for 97 different entities connected to both Regus and its co-working brand Spaces.[30] After three years of losses, in 2023 the company was expected to break even.[31] In February 2021, IWG acquired a majority stake in The Wing women's co-working network,[32] which subsequently ceased operations on 30 August 2022.[33]"

We signed a six-month contract with Granite Place in Southlake and only managed to use the space three times before running into major problems. On our third visit, when we were supposed to receive a dedicated office, we were placed in a storage room instead. From the very beginning, the setup process was frustrating—getting our contract finalized and the online portal working just to book rooms was unnecessarily complicated. Still, we decided to stick with it. After finally getting access, we ran into issues with payments and the portal not charging correctly, even though they had our payment information. When we decided enough was enough and asked to cancel, we were told to pay a lump sum, which we did. The contract was supposedly canceled—but we are STILL being billed every month for a contract that is no longer valid. There’s no contact number on invoices, their website sends you in endless loops of bad gateways. tried to use the contact info for the sales person we signed up with but the email bounced and the 1-800-offices phone in his signature is no longer a working number. The only way I got a call back was by pretending to be a new customer filling out an online inquiry form. Even then, nothing was resolved, and we continue to be charged. Multiply hours have been spent just trying to get anyone at this company to be helpful. This has turned into a nightmare experience, both financially and professionally. I would strongly recommend steering clear of Spaces Granite Place Southlake.

Building is nice, but service has been very substandard. Was told during the leasing process the office would be painted shortly after I moved in. Moved into my office space on 12/1/24 and was initial told office would be painted withing a few weeks. Then told that with the Holidays it would be late December, early January. In late January was told soon. At end of February, was told that the painters painted the wrong office and Spaces' couldn't get the home office to reapprove the expense since they said my office has already been painted. End of March, supposedly the front desk has escalated my concerns but, nothing painted. Mid to late April was told my office should be painted in 1-2 weeks but couldn't promise anything. May 12th was told that the office is scheduled to be painted between May 22-24, which would be almost 6-months into my 12-month lease. I've complained via e-mails (which were ignored some of the times), in person (which clearly didn't help) and even to my leasing agent. If you are going to lease with space, getting anything promised in writing and watch your bill, have had a few items not requested pop up on my monthly bill as well. Update as of 5/14 - Contacted by the City Manager (whom I was told back in March that my request had already been escalated to the City Manager) that a request to have my office painted would be submitted tomorrow 5/15, and that once approved, would then be scheduled for paint "shortly thereafter". Guess I was lied to on Monday when I was told that my office was scheduled to be painted May 22-24. Fingers crossed that maybe my office will finally get painted in June or July. Which would mean 7 or 8 months into a 12-month lease. RIDICULOUS! 6/2/25 update. Office was finally painted. Only took six months and a complaint via google reviews to get Spaces to do what they were supposed to have done a long time ago. Was told by the City Manager on 5/14 that she would keep me updated on the status of everything. Big shock that I never heard back from her 1 time after 5/14. Par for the course regarding customer service.
