Let me be clear this location is beautiful and well worth the rate it’s clean convenient and has an excellent view. However a business is only as good as its practices. You should never take a patrons money without signed agreements and clear understanding of policies and cancellation fees. This is my only complaint. My wife and I paid a deposit back in January for a new year’s anniversary party we were so excited but made sure to ask about return of deposit if event were to be cancelled. The manager Audrey personally gave me a tour and explained that since it’s so early we would have our deposit returned if we canceled within reasonable time. A family emergency has occurred and we attempted to cancel almost 6 months ahead of scheduled event the office is now refusing to return deposit. Fortunately we HAVE NOT signed any agreement, and all communication regarding the deposit not being refundable was only made after the payment. I will update this post once either chargebacks or civil proceedings are completed. I am very disappointed that it has come to this. In response to owner reply: thank you for the response we have contacted the office several times Audrey explained that the deposit not being refundable was implied through email communication. However the correspondence was sent after the payment was made and to the wrong email address. No agreement was signed and there was no response from our part signifying we agreed to surrender the deposit. I would think a simple deposit would not be worth this but Audrey has assured me she will not willingly return even a portion of our deposit. I am absolutely certain you will rent the location for New Year’s Eve it’s which is why I am not sure what has lead her to make this decision. I hope you explain the deposit is not refundable even with 6 months advance notice in the future and ensure your customers are aware prior to payment.

This office space and the specific San Antonio area it is located are great for meeting with our clients . I highly recommend others who are looking for new modern space for their office and team. The luxury amenities are the gym facility, coffee machine-provides yummy cappuccino, espresso and even latte’s. Bathroom even takes care of us ladies. Meeting rooms to accommodate large or small groups with breathtaking views and the office themselves are well equipped for everyone to use wifi, tv to display our presentations or work database with easy connections: be it usb, hdmi or mirroring your computer. Best office environment ever! Audrey, Olivia and Jackson are so attentive & polite in making our law firm feel comfortable every day.
