This company is absolutely a scam. The associate I spoke to had zero Customer Service skills. I inquired about services last week and mentioned that I would need to know if my insurance is accepted and my co-pay before I schedule an appointment. The associate I spoke with said It’s fine. I can still schedule an appointment and they would let you know before the appointment my co-pay and I would be able to cancel If I needed to. I knew that didn’t sound right, but I went with it. And of course that is Absolutely not what happened! I called Friday and Monday asking my co-pay for the appointment on Tuesday and each time they said they would get back to me, long story short they never got back to me and I saw a charge on my card Tuesday morning when I woke up For $112 I inquired about this charge and they told me I would be responsible for 10% and that the $112 was 10% absolutely ridiculous. .

My therapist was amazing, but the office handling insurance was absolutely terrible. Like clockwork, a day or so before my appointment, they'd call and tell me I didn't have insurance. The first few times, I truly thought something was wrong with my insurance and called my insurance company, panicked. Turns out, this place just doesn't know how to run insurance. The same woman calls and tells me my insurance is inactive, when it's very obviously active (I've started verifying with my insurance company every time I get the call). This woman also called to tell me I had a $200 bill because my insurance wasn't active during an appointment that I had a few weeks back when, again, my insurance was very much active AND I verified with somebody else at the counseling office that it was. This past week was the last straw because I just went to another doctor's office within the week with my verified insurance and I got the call from the woman saying it was inactive. I've canceled all future appointments. I can understand this mistake happening a couple times, but this has happened 10 TIMES. The stress of getting an astronomical fee when you're doing what you're supposed to is not worth the service here.

If you need help better go anywhere else but here. I had waited for an appointment for 3 weeks. I was REALLY looking forward to this appointment and needed guidance ASAP. I was confirmed 30 min before my appointment. When I get to the place there’s about 5 different buildings. When you call the office they don’t actually know they are BUILDING 3!!!! And to top it off - office was closed and that number you see on the door doesn’t do anything. Go find help somewhere else.

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately my time with this therapist was repeatedly invalidating and unhelpful. Instead of offering trauma-informed or autism-informed support, the therapist often responded to serious issues with off-topic comments, jokes, or odd comparisons that had nothing to do with my situation. When I talked about real stress, grief, or crisis-level overwhelm, I was met with dismissiveness or comments that minimized what I was going through. I also noticed a pattern of the therapist making excuses for harmful behavior from people in my life rather than helping me set boundaries or work through the emotional impact. Even when I expressed feeling numb or hopeless, I wasn’t offered tools, safety planning, or meaningful help just superficial “self-care” suggestions. A therapist should listen, understand, and help provide strategies, not compare your experiences to political figures, celebrities, or stereotypes that feel more like personal opinions than professional guidance. This experience left me feeling more dismissed than supported. I’m sharing this so others seeking neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care know to be cautious and advocate for themselves. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, because people deserve compassionate and competent care.
