Never received a reciept for "my order". I was trying to dispute TWO unauthorized charges from Regus since November 2023. After over a month of getting NOWHERE with them (I have screenshots I'm thinking of putting on my youtube channels), I asked my bank Navy Federal to reverse both of them. All I wanted to do was to make sure I was not charged by them at all, because AGAIN I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY TRANSACTION FROM REGUS. Nor did I receive any email of a receipt, I had to find out about the charge via my bank account and then later in January 2024 in an account dashboard I NEVER had access to. What kind of business is Regus running? After leaving them a long email one of their reps emailed back saying to call them. I get on the phone, and they're asking me how can they help me. I was terribly annoyed because he read my email and asked me that question. I just wanted for them to stop emailing me and charging me every month for a service I never authorized to be charged for. I will gladly leave 1 star reviews on Google via all of my business accounts about the horrible service, just to inform the public of how STRESSFUL this "business" is and how dismissive they are to their customers. I needed to speak to their manager, and instead I received a generic "help desk" email with a threat to bring my account to collections. They leave me with the only option to sue them for their incapability to cooperate with a customer they STOLE money from.
