Would not recommend. They have horrible customer service. After submitting a ticket they said it was my fault. No help whatsoever. Use another company.

Do not use. They wouldn't let me cancel then said I missed my window. I've submitted tickets and times that I tried to cancel and they practically said that it sucks to be me.

Regus uses dirty business practices. I have been trying to get my retainer deposit back from them for over 18 months - - FOR A VIRTUAL OFFICE. It is next to impossible to reach anyone who can do anything, all the correspondence goes through the front desk people who can't do anything. Once I did reach someone that can do something, they keep using one excuse after the other for not sending it. I would never use Regus again.
