I recently had an extremely negative experience with Regus at their San Antonio - One Riverwalk Place location. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with their services and their overall business practices. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. First and foremost, Regus automatically renewed our lease contract without any prior notification. They claim to have sent an email with an option to opt out, but conveniently failed to follow up or confirm our intentions. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their clients' needs and preferences. It is unacceptable to assume that clients want to automatically renew their leases without seeking their explicit consent. To make matters worse, Regus repeatedly charged us late fees despite having a card on file. This demonstrates a blatant disregard for proper billing procedures and raises serious concerns about their financial practices. It is both frustrating and concerning to be charged extra fees for a service that should have been handled correctly and transparently. Overall, my experience with Regus at the San Antonio - One Riverwalk Place location has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to communicate, their shady business practices, and their apparent lack of professionalism have left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away from this company. There are certainly better options available in the market that value their clients and operate with integrity.
