I've rented an office at MAV-Works for the past year and it has been absolutely amazing! I love the culture and the atmosphere. Everyone is so nice, but is also completely fine to leave you alone if you have days (I have had many) where you just shut the door and spend all day working. The facility and amenities are also exactly what I need. My own keys to come and go whenever, a basic break-room, secured parking, high-speed internet... and Kimberly! Huge thanks for the company and for ALL of the times when I've popped my head out mid-meeting and you've pointed to my door-dashed lunch waiting for me.

I have been with Mav-Works for more than 3 years now, and the experience has been wonderful. Peter and Kimberly are always available and very accommodating to me and others in the facility. My office is comfortable, quiet, and a perfect fit for my job – having a real office versus a cube is a game-changer. The communal areas such as the kitchen and conference area are quite handy, and having 24x7 access has always been a must have. Lastly, the location of the office is convenient and central with several places to eat close by and a Walgreens right next door. I would highly recommend Mav-Works to anyone seeking rented space in a shared office environment. -Tom

LOVE this place to work! And, the Team at MAV-Works is terrific. They've been providing me a fun and productive place to work for over six years and I can't say enough nice things about them. What's more, they really like -- and welcome -- my little dog and my little dog LOVES them! Dogs, you know, are great at sniffing out good folks.
