What a City resource! Beautiful building, plenty of parking, nice utility and extras! Plus they allow some use by local nonprofits to serve the community with exceptional events like community symphony events! A true 5-star community asset. And a treasure place of value for a variety of small businesses.

Beautiful, clean, secure, and modern workspace in Fate, TX. My wife and I are starting a business and our search for office space stopped immediately when we found this location. While the pictures online are beautiful, they don’t do the place justice. The on-site staff are friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Bathrooms are immaculate and modern. Common space is open and inviting. The WiFi is also very fast! Also, there’s a great collection of locally owned restaurants right outside the front door! If you’re looking for a workspace in Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Royse City, etc. don’t even bother looking anywhere else.
