What a City resource! Beautiful building, plenty of parking, nice utility and extras! Plus they allow some use by local nonprofits to serve the community with exceptional events like community symphony events! A true 5-star community asset. And a treasure place of value for a variety of small businesses.

Beautiful, clean, secure, and modern workspace in Fate, TX. My wife and I are starting a business and our search for office space stopped immediately when we found this location. While the pictures online are beautiful, they don’t do the place justice. The on-site staff are friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Bathrooms are immaculate and modern. Common space is open and inviting. The WiFi is also very fast! Also, there’s a great collection of locally owned restaurants right outside the front door! If you’re looking for a workspace in Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Royse City, etc. don’t even bother looking anywhere else.

Great Co-working space!
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Hub at Fate Station.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
