I was hung up on four times by a woman named Angelique. She pretended not to hear me and then would hang up. She also refused to answer until the 10th ring and would immediately hang up. Mind you, this is to pay a bill only. Imagine what your experience will be like if they cannot even be respectful to a customer trying to pay. Angelique is the rudest customer service representative I have ever been exposed to AND THAT IS TRULY SAYING SOMETHING! Angelique has a very thick accent and is difficult to understand in the English language. Angelique should not be answering the phone or have any position in customer service. I highly recommend VentureX for your office space needs as this company thinks that customer service consists of hanging up on people trying to make a payment. Stay away from this place! The fees are too high as well. VentureX is much cheaper, friendlier, and all around understand what it means to deliver excellent customer service.

This is the best office rental space I've found. It's clean, well maintained, doesn't have some funky odor and it's walking distance to several lunch spots. We've been here for over a year and look forward to being here for years to come.

Carefully consider choosing this office provider! We have been tenants for over a decade, suddenly they decided to raise our rates by 100% since we have a DBA. What that means is, suddenly they view our company as Two Different Companies, one being our corporate name and one being our dba name, which has been the same for over 18 years. This Doubling of our cost is significant and actually insane and ridiculous. They ALSO started charging a late fee each month, even though they have had a credit card on file for over ten years, if they forget to run the card on our due date, and do it a week or two later when they remember to do so, they charge a late charge of $49.00. I would strongly consider anywhere else but Regus, for years they provided good service but with evidently new managment or a new policies, they making awful business decisions, are not acting in good faith, and will lose business due to their inability to act in a businesslike manner.

The place is empty due to terrible customer service and the security guards at the building are rude as well. Cheaper options in Frisco are available.
