She explain everything to me was quick to answer all questions and we had an issue with the appraiser's not turn in the reports it took 3 of them to come to my house and it was hold up the closing. She stayed on top of them and finally we got the report so we would be able to close the loan.. the appraisal issue was not the mortgage company’s fault but they stayed on top of it.

This company is my new Loan Serviceer. I have dealt with them for a total of 2 days and I cannot believe just how shoddy the quality of their Service has been. I was notified that I had to pay my mortgage by the 4/10. I did so online. Later, I downloaded the mobile app and set up Autopay. There was no information regarding the first payment I made. This resulted in 2 withdrawals to my checking account, causing the account tbalance to go negative . Calling the Customer Service, I was instructed a refund includes completing a Form, sending it approval, and various other acrobatics. The date I would receive the refund was unavailable until all forms were submitted and approved. Yeah.... Yet another Service Company likely operating out of a boiler-room basement with a handfull of Employees Next move is to notify the US Senior Fraud Authorities and FILE A COMPLAINT. In the meantime, I have unenrolled from their flaky Autopay option, and I will be going back to old snail-mail. Caution to everyone: This a shoestring operation with limited customer service.

I was hung up on four times by a woman named Angelique. She pretended not to hear me and then would hang up. She also refused to answer until the 10th ring and would immediately hang up. Mind you, this is to pay a bill only. Imagine what your experience will be like if they cannot even be respectful to a customer trying to pay. Angelique is the rudest customer service representative I have ever been exposed to AND THAT IS TRULY SAYING SOMETHING! Angelique has a very thick accent and is difficult to understand in the English language. Angelique should not be answering the phone or have any position in customer service. I highly recommend VentureX for your office space needs as this company thinks that customer service consists of hanging up on people trying to make a payment. Stay away from this place! The fees are too high as well. VentureX is much cheaper, friendlier, and all around understand what it means to deliver excellent customer service.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS - they will lure you in with a temporary low rate and promises of building amenities and then deliver terrible service, inadequate “standard” internet, and then double your rates with no real interest in engaging and once you cancel will charge exorbitant “restoration” fees and delay returning your deposit.
