I have been renting an office in this building for the past seven years, and I can honestly say I have never found another office management team that compares to them. Josh and Josia consistently provide outstanding customer service. They are professional, friendly, supportive, and always communicate clearly and promptly. Their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to resolve any request quickly and efficiently make a tremendous difference. One of the things I appreciate most is that I can always count on them, especially during the busiest times in my office. Whenever we have a high workload or an unexpected issue, I know they will respond promptly and handle everything with professionalism and care. Their reliability gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus on running my business. Their accounting support is always accurate and timely, and every interaction reflects their commitment to excellence. They have created an environment where tenants truly feel valued and supported. The cafe area and kitchen look neat and on a scheduled clean routine. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a professionally managed office space with exceptional customer service.

We were having a really great experience for the last few years here at the offices until recently.We were told our rate adjustment for the coming year contract would only be raised to 3%, which would be about an additional 111 or 112 bucks more a month which is understandable but when they sent the rate renewal the day before they jumped up the rate four to $500 more and did not keep their word on the agreed amount for renewal now we are waiting to see if they will make it right or if they are going to take advantage of us. anybody who is considering having an office here needs to understand the reality that that they can raise the rate as they please, and that they may disregard what they have told you or what you agree upon if there is no contract I’m hoping that they make this right because they told us they would.
