We had our son’s graduation party at this venue. It was a wonderful space and set up for our family and friends to spread out and enjoy. We were able to bring our on food and drinks. It’s a hidden gem that’s tucked away. We had several guests asking about the space. We will definitely use this location again. Seti was a joy to work with.

I rented this space for my wife's birthday party and everyone was very impressed with the facility. Steven, the facility host, was very helpful and accommodating. This facility is unique and looks fantastic once it's decorated. Parking is great as well. If you rent it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

PHOTOGRAPHERS! BOOK at this STUDIO!😄✨ they have several beautiful rooms that you can photograph at and bring your vision to life🤩 I took some beautiful birthday pictures here!🤩☺️ SARA helped me through the whole booking process she was SO sweet, bubbly, and flexible I cannot thank her enough for her service! I was met with Ms. SETI inside and she and STEVEN made sure that I had everything I needed and more for my shoot. They checked in on me and made me feel so welcome in the space! I am definitely letting everyone know to book here! Very grateful I found a new studio that I can book here in Plano🤩🤍💕✨

I’ve worked out of a lot of offices and coworking spaces over the years across NYC and DFW, and Habitat Commons is one of the most unique environments I’ve experienced. What stood out most to me was the balance of energy and calm. There’s always a creative, entrepreneurial atmosphere, but it never feels chaotic or distracting. It feels inspiring and peaceful at the same time. The design aesthetic is also really cool, which is what initially attracted me. The office suites and common spaces feel modern, creative, and thoughtfully designed instead of like a typical corporate coworking space. And the people and businesses here are all pretty chill and laid back. There really isn’t anything else quite like it in the area, as the atmosphere is just different in the best way. Highly recommend checking it out!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Habitat Commons operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
