I looked at a few other co-warehousing spaces before landing here, and FlexEtc stood out after the very first visit. Jordan made the whole process easy and has been great to work with ever since. The space itself is great, but the community is what really sells it. As a small business owner, the value I've gotten from the other owners in this building has been a 10X return on the rent alone. Advice, referrals, connections, the kind of stuff you just don't get from a standard warehouse lease. If you're running a small business and need space, come take a tour.
What a beautiful facility. The atmosphere is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent customer service from the manager. Everything you need to get your job done. Would and have highly recommend to family and friends.
As soon as you walk in the front door, you're greeted by warm and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The whole vibe is upbeat, modern and professional. We love the different space options available as our business grows, in addition to the amenities; the pallet jacks, dock area, modern vending and conference rooms.
