I have rented a space from Spacious twice and I must say the process has been seamless. The owner Missy is very nice, professional and communicates well. Any questions that you may have she's always willing to answer them and assist where needed. The times I've rented the facility; it's always been clean. They provide the table clothes, tables and chairs which takes a lot of the stress off the client. If you are questioning if you should rent out a space at Spacious, I'm here to tell you do it. Go ahead and rent it out. You will be very pleased!
This a great place to office out of and/or have events at. Missy is so welcoming and helpful for all people and especially small business owners.
Amazing environment and working space. Has everything needed for a small business to thrive such as private offices, conference rooms, and training rooms. Many community events as well which is great for local connections.
Renting out an office at Spacio.us was one of the best experiences and life-changing for my business and I couldn’t be more grateful. First, the office space and building was always clean. Missy, Dave, and their staff did an excellent job ensuring the building was clean, had snacks, places to sit and take a break, etc. Plus the 24/7 access was especially beneficial given I had to work nights some days. Overall a clean and safe working environment. Second, the community aspect of Spacio.us is what I believe is the difference maker. I was able to join groups, attend events, meet other tenants, and other entrepreneurs from the comfort of my own building. The people I met inside and outside the building, I still have relationships with. Couldn’t have asked for a better community of entrepreneurs as I was new to the entrepreneurial journey. If you are looking for an office space that is more than just a room, I highly recommend Spacio.us.
