Overall, my experience with Regus has been ok. The facility is brand new, clean, modern, and provides a professional environment to work from. The office space itself is attractive, and the location is convenient. However, the overall cost structure was surprising. In addition to paying your monthly invoice a month in advance, new tenants are required to provide a significant security deposit. In my case, the upfront financial commitment was much higher than expected. What has been most frustrating is that nearly everything seems to come with an additional charge, I feel like I am being nickel and dimed for everything. Printing, coffee, tea, signage, additional keys, access cards, and various administrative services all carry separate fees. Even basic office conveniences that many tenants might assume are included often come at an extra cost, making the overall value proposition difficult to justify. The advertised 24/7 access has also been disappointing. At the time of my occupancy, key fobs were not readily available, meaning true 24/7 access was not actually possible. To make matters more frustrating, access cards are an additional $50 charge. If around-the-clock access is a selling point, tenants should verify exactly how and when that access will be provided. Communication has also been inconsistent. The community managers have been friendly when available, but responses and follow-up have felt sporadic, making it difficult at times to get clear answers regarding billing, services, and onboarding expectations. The office itself is nice, clean, and professional. However, prospective tenants should carefully review all fees, deposits, service charges, and access policies before signing an agreement. The advertised monthly office rate does not necessarily reflect the true cost of occupancy once all additional charges are considered. I would say explore your options before choosing this location.
