A certain stretch of time at this facility, combined with its amenities in general, would win positive marks from us. However, that was only a portion of our experience here. Significant issues and inferior communication/tenant relations over other periods make leaving a strong recommendation for Warespace NRH as a whole impractical. Some examples include: There were instances during regular weekday business hours when no staff could be located on the property, nor could any answer or reply be had via management's main number. This non-response could at times carry over through the following business day or beyond, creating obvious challenges for us as tenants. Warespace NRH also used monetary incentives to encourage tenants to sign up for things on occasion, only to then cancel these incentives shortly afterward without notice. We found this practice deceptive, and particularly inconsiderate as longtime, original occupants maintaining consistently good standing here. The building's loading areas, and certain individual units themselves, were not entirely safe/secure throughout our tenancy in this building, either. Issues of this nature should never take weeks or months to rectify, as was sometimes the case during our experience. It is for these reasons and more that we must suggest others searching for warehouse/storage solutions do so elsewhere, despite Warespace NRH's appealing aspects.
