As other have said, stay away from this company! If you have an issue they give you the go around or they just hang up the phone. Towards the end of the contract you get charge restoration fee, for what? who knows. We didn't even use the co working space, so not sure what the fee is for.

I wish I could give a -star review. This company is highly unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I would try other places first in McKinney.

Terrible customer service. It's easy to open an account, but if you have any issues during the contract, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone with the authorization to resolve them. Our company's virtual address was moved to another location right before tax season started, and they only sent an email with a short timeframe to move it to the new address. Not enough, they shared our information with a third party who kept calling us. We finally reached someone at Regus, only to be told we couldn't cancel our contract, even though Regus had changed it. At this point, we are paying our monthly fee plus an additional charge, but we don't know what it's for. It would be extremely helpful to get a call back from a representative with enough knowledge and authority to discuss these matters with us

The Center team is consistently amazing. Marbel is extremely helpful and professional, and the central location is very convenient for my clients.

If Regus is trying to lock you into a lease after closing your location, read this. I recently got out of a Regus “agreement” they tried to enforce after permanently shutting down the center I was using (The Summit, McKinney, TX). They told me they were transferring my account automatically to a new address and that my contract would run through 2027. That is false. Buried in their own contract (Clause 1.7) is the truth: “If the Center is no longer available… and we are unable to find a nearby alternative accommodation, your agreement will end.” Key points: - You are not obligated to accept their “replacement” address if it doesn’t work for you. - “Nearby” is subjective. If their new center messes up your Google address, logistics, or client visibility - you can say no. - You do not owe them anything beyond the original location’s closure date. They sent me threatening legal language, tried to stonewall me with generic responses, and even started a second email thread with someone from their legal team looped in. But I held firm, cited their own agreement back to them, and they finally backed down. Don’t let them bully you. If you’re in this situation, demand termination based on Clause 1.7. Be direct. Be firm. They’ll try to talk circles around you - just don’t budge. I run multiple offices with Caddo (a premium provider in the area), and even though Regus is a fraction of the price, I would never recommend them to anyone. It’s not worth the stress, the bait-and-switch tactics, or the runaround. Feel free to copy this message, spread it around, and don’t let Regus pretend you’re trapped. You’re not.
