Foster Coworking - Summit Park

As a small business owner, just starting the growing process, Foster Coworking has been so pivotal in our ability to meet our goals and expand. Allison and all of the staff have been so generous and thorough in helping us find the right fit. I am excited every day I come to work to be in a space that is beautiful, professional, and beneficial.

I moved into Foster Co-working in McKinney the first week of August, and I haven't had a day of regret since. Some backstory: I used to be in the same building, on the same floor, just in a different office with a different provider. They moved out, and I got shuffled to another location until my contract ran out. Coming back to this building under Foster has been remarkable. They redid every office. New carpet, fresh paint, electric stand-up desks, and genuinely comfortable chairs. The air conditioning actually works and holds around 72 degrees, which is a small thing until you've worked somewhere it didn't. Then there's everything else they leave open to you: An open coffee bar with all kinds of flavors. Mocha latte, regular coffee, whatever you're in the mood for. A snack bar, salty and sweet. A refrigerator and microwave. Hot and Cold water dispenser and an ice machine. I've never seen a co-working space offer all these extras at no extra cost. The common areas are beautifully done. Whoever the interior designer was, they earned it. The couches, chairs, and sitting areas are warm and inviting. The shared conference rooms are sharp. And the view out the window over the golf course and the lake is something you're not finding anywhere else in town. Here's the part I didn't expect to love as much as I do. They run events every month, and they cover the food and drinks. You bring nothing. In August, we’ve had Taco Tuesday and Baseball Day, and Baseball Day came with popcorn and Twizzlers. It feels warm and welcoming, but the real payoff is meeting people. I've gotten to know a lot of the members here. Remote workers, outsourced teams, all kinds of work happening under one roof, and everybody's happy to be here. To top it off: The Foster Team in McKinney - Allison, the manager, and Lupita, the customer service agent are the friendliest people you'll meet. Professional, polite, always a greeting, and they make you feel welcome every single day. I've been in co-working spaces with national and international name recognition. I visited about 4 different coworking spaces across McKinney and I soon as I walked into Foster, I knew this was my space. As a solo entrepreneur, Foster gives me the daily friendly faces and productive working environment to build my business. Highly recommend! Big plus to Allison and Lupita. They’re always at the front desk and are genuinely committed to bringing a community together.

Wow. I've been to a lot of shared workspaces around in general but decided to check out Foster because I thought the lake view looked great. Let me tell you, it only is the lake view soothing to the soul but the inside is really nice! It's modern, chic, clean, inviting, and everything else good that you'd want to get out of a coworking space. Also Allison was at the front and man is she amazing! I'm honestly not shy to say here that this is the best coworking space around so if you're needing a coworking space or office space, definitely check it out!
