Completely unprofessional and immature. A man named Joseph Gurke working here was informed I was busy at work and proceeded to call me 7+ times that day, 5 of which were like less than a minute apart after I kept answering and asking him to stop, and to respect that I am busy and will reach out to him when it is appropriate. He proceeded to yell at me and flip out being psycho and insisted on continuing to blow up my phone literally every second after I hung up he called me again. This is on top of constant text messages, and calling me at 7 am no less. I would never use this agency, totally unprofessional, bizarre, and not okay. He has no idea what I am doing or the time I need to decide. He constantly bombards me daily without giving me a chance to compare options. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

I’m writing this from a second Gmail account because my experience has been that frustrating. I requested my retainer fee refund of $630 on April 28, 2025, after ending a 3-month rental with Regus. I paid every invoice and left with no outstanding balance. According to Regus policy, refunds are to be issued within 30 days. It is now June 18, 2025, and I have still received nothing. Worse, I’ve been caught in an endless loop of unhelpful responses and missing accountability: • My original refund request was denied with the excuse that there was “no query on file”—despite me having clear email confirmation. • I then submitted a formal ticket through the Regus portal, which stated someone from the “community team” would follow up. • That team had no knowledge, no useful contact, and no power to escalate. On the rare occasion they did provide a name, I never received a response. The lack of ownership and broken internal processes are alarming. Regus is not just disorganized—it’s disrespectful of clients’ time and money. From billing confusion to communication black holes, this company makes you chase answers that should be automatic. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic customer service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This isn’t a one-off glitch—this is systemic. Regus, your customers deserve better.

I’m giving a 1-star rating for the poor billing process and the setup of my account for an office space rental. From the very beginning it’s been an absolute mess—truly. And I don’t do reviews often. This billing issue has been ongoing since I moved into the space, and I have been more than patient. From the start, I faced discrepancies, including a late fee of $59.06 that I was told would be removed, and an unwanted coffee service that was improperly added to my account. Now, I have been incorrectly charged twice, and had an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account, including the unresolved late fee. Despite raising these issues immediately, they remain unresolved. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a direct point of contact to resolve this issue other than submitting a message through the app, which feels like it may not receive immediate attention. While I’m sure the front desk staff are doing their best, they haven’t been able to provide a resolution. If possible, I would recommend exploring other options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
