I’ve been renting a space from Hub City Workspace for about a year & a half and had a wonderful experience. The building itself is always well kept, quiet & an easy location for clients to find. Josh Lashaway and the rest of the management are exceptional and very responsive to any requests. The included amenities such as internet & printer service in the rental agreement was very helpful. I highly recommend renting a space here!

Have tried multiple times to get a spot. Each time "well the owner doesn't want that, well this, well that. I dont know we would want yall doing that." Well, yall can keep it. You sure have had a sign out front begging for renters for months. I even asked about their premium membership they advertise on their website "no that doesn't exist" until I started reading off the website "yea I mean, we do have that, but I dont think the owner would want to do that, you can only be there till 11pm. Mind you, I'd be there from 12pm - 6pm. What does 11 pm have to do with that. Wanted to rent an office for $400 a month to run a D&D campaign for about 5-6 hours a week. Just so everyone knows. Yea, i know, super crazy. Yall are insane. $400 a month. And you get to tell me what I can and can not do? No wonder you can't rent the space out. Last year, tried to get a spot for my printing company. "Well that sounds noisy, I don't think the owner would want that." It's a printer. So you want $400 a month, and for your renters to never make a sound ever, and you get to tell people what to do. Who are you renting to? Mice? Edit: 5-27-2025 Company called to threaten to leave negative reviews on our page if we didn't comply with removing these reviews. I dont know who these people think they are, but that's insane. "Is there anything we can do for you to remove these reviews since you aren't a member with us?" No, I won't. This has been my experience with them.

Great experience! The management is great, and super accommodating. The space was always very clean. It was our temporary home for a couple months, and we enjoyed our time there. It’s very modern and comfortable, we’re actually going to miss our office mates. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!!

Hub City is such a cool and creative space to work. The decor is awesome and the atmosphere was conducive to productivity. We rented the conference room for a meeting and it was a great space for collaboration.

Some coworkers and I used Hub City WorkSpace and were very pleased. The internet was fast and reliable, the spaces were all clean and well-maintained, and the environment was quiet and conducive to focused work. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a coworking space in Lubbock!
