My experience renting office space here has been excellent from start to finish. I randomly called one day to ask about pricing and was able to schedule a tour that same day, even though it was after 5:00 p.m. I met with the owner, who was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through the entire facility, explain the available amenities, review the different office sizes and pricing, and answer all of my questions. I left the tour with a clear understanding of everything the space had to offer. The process continued just as smoothly the following day. Another team member reached out to help coordinate my start date, guided me through downloading the app, and assisted with getting my information added to the building’s directory board, including my office space and company name. The communication and organization throughout the entire process were impressive. Since moving in, I’ve really enjoyed the convenience and flexibility of the space. I appreciate the “come as you choose” setup, which provides both freedom and flexibility, and the pricing is very fair for what is included. The facility is cleaned weekly, and there is always someone you can contact to provide assistance whenever needed. They also have a place in app where you can communicate things. Overall, the entire experience—from scheduling the tour and completing the rental process to using the office space day to day—has been professional, efficient, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office space to anyone looking for a convenient, flexible, and well-maintained place to work.

I’ve been renting a space from Hub City Workspace for about a year & a half and had a wonderful experience. The building itself is always well kept, quiet & an easy location for clients to find. Josh Lashaway and the rest of the management are exceptional and very responsive to any requests. The included amenities such as internet & printer service in the rental agreement was very helpful. I highly recommend renting a space here!

Have tried multiple times to get a spot. Each time "well the owner doesn't want that, well this, well that. I dont know we would want yall doing that." Well, yall can keep it. You sure have had a sign out front begging for renters for months. I even asked about their premium membership they advertise on their website "no that doesn't exist" until I started reading off the website "yea I mean, we do have that, but I dont think the owner would want to do that, you can only be there till 11pm. Mind you, I'd be there from 12pm - 6pm. What does 11 pm have to do with that. Wanted to rent an office for $400 a month to run a D&D campaign for about 5-6 hours a week. Just so everyone knows. Yea, i know, super crazy. Yall are insane. $400 a month. And you get to tell me what I can and can not do? No wonder you can't rent the space out. Last year, tried to get a spot for my printing company. "Well that sounds noisy, I don't think the owner would want that." It's a printer. So you want $400 a month, and for your renters to never make a sound ever, and you get to tell people what to do. Who are you renting to? Mice? Edit: 5-27-2025 Company called to threaten to leave negative reviews on our page if we didn't comply with removing these reviews. I dont know who these people think they are, but that's insane. "Is there anything we can do for you to remove these reviews since you aren't a member with us?" No, I won't. This has been my experience with them.
