Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Work Smart, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Work Smart.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  With a monthly membership, Work Smart offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only. 

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

  For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?
