The Coop - 4523 Judson Road

The Coop was an amazing venue for our class reunion, and I genuinely don’t think we could have chosen a better space for the kind of event we wanted to create. The layout is incredibly versatile, including a welcoming lounge area with a TV, an outdoor patio with another TV, and plenty of open space that can easily be transformed depending on the occasion. For our reunion, it felt spacious enough to allow for mingling while still being warm and cozy. It was also extremely easy to decorate and make our own. We were able to create distinct areas for check-in, photos, food, seating, dancing, and gathering. If I had one area of constructive feedback, it would be the restroom setup. We had nearly 80 people in attendance with only one restroom available, so an additional restroom or more stalls would make the venue even better equipped for larger events. That said, it was a relatively small drawback in an otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, The Coop was comfortable and a great setting for our class to make new memories It gave us exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for, and we were incredibly happy with our decision to host our reunion event there. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible and inviting space for a gathering or special event. A special thank you to Julia, Kenneth, and the entire Coop team for helping make the reunion possible and giving our class such a wonderful venue to make new memories. We had such a wonderful experience hosting our 10-year class reunion at The Coop! From the beautiful space to the overall atmosphere, everything came together perfectly. The venue gave us plenty of room to decorate, socialize, dance, and create memories with our classmates. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and made the planning process feel easy. We truly appreciate everything and would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for a great place to host their next event.

Unfortunately, our experience at this venue was extremely disappointing.The kitchen area had a strong, unpleasant odor and appeared to need significant cleaning. We had to remove the rotten garbage from the kitchen ourselves. There were open/uncovered plates of food inside the refrigerator, and the inside of the stove was visibly dirty with a pizza box sitting inside of the oven . This was one of the reasons we went with this venue because it had a kitchen and refrigerator to prep and store food inside of the refrigerator. There was also no soap available in the bathroom. The temperature inside the venue was approximately 88°F, making it very uncomfortable for guests and mommy to be . We politely brought these concerns to the manager because we felt they needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was concerning. Rather than listening to the concerns or offering to correct the issues, the manager immediately became rude and defensive. Stating that it’s Sunday I can’t have someone come out today and fix it . The manager’s tone and attitude made it clear that they were not interested in hearing the complaints or discussing how the problems could be resolved.We were not treated respectfully when bringing legitimate concerns to management. We understand that issues can occur at any venue, but we believe management should respond to customer concerns professionally and make a reasonable effort to address them.Based on the conditions we observed and the way our concerns were handled, we would not recommend this venue or return.

Place was really nice. Lots of options, lots of space for what ever your event is. Not 5 stars due to not cleaning out refrigerator from past client and air went out in our rented space and no urgency to get it or even attempt to get it fixed.

Great place for a fun family gathering. A very clean and comfortable venue.
