Our group practice rents space here, and Abir (and the woman before her) at the front desk have seriously been the best! She’s warm, organized, and always makes the space feel welcoming. Several of my clients, especially newer ones have mentioned how sweet and helpful she is. She’s also super on top of things around the office: if something’s running low, she replaces it, and she’s quick to reach out to maintenance when & if necessary. They have made a huge difference in our experiences here!

As a mobile hearing healthcare provider, I attend many of these Regus offices all over DFW and this is one of my favorites. My room is always nice and neat, and the Regus staff have been helpful, kind and professional. Abir runs the front desk and she is fantastic. Highly recommended

DO NOT RENT HERE!! be careful I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the management of this property. I had a virtual office under Vizipp Inc., and I intended to close the office starting August, which was my renewal date. While the front desk staff, particularly the operations manager, was kind and tried to assist, the overall management process was extremely frustrating. I made the decision to end my service and agreement as of the August renewal date. However, when I attempted to terminate the agreement through their system, it wouldn’t allow me to do so. Then, without warning, my agreement was automatically renewed for another full year. I contacted the office and spoke with the manager, who acknowledged my request but said she was unable to help. Despite asking to downgrade to a lower package, I received no communication or support and was left with no option but to remain under a renewed one-year agreement. This experience was very negative, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone based on how my situation was handled. I even don't want give 1 star .....

They were very helpful and kind. I needed a place to go when the storm knocked our power out. I am a remote worker so I needed a secure place to have meetings with clients and my team. Thanks again!
