I have been a tenant for a couple of years and have enjoyed it completely. Management is very good and they try hard to be prompt and address any issues that pop up. Highly recommend.

DECEITFUL MANAGEMENT practices leave you feeling scammed and threatened at the end. And not to mention the WHOLE MONTH THE A/C DIDN’T work in the middle of summer (August charging every single day even though you can’t even be there for 5 minutes) - a yearly issue from the reviews I see. Do NOT believe them when they sign you up and tell you that “as long as you let them know you’re not renewing, it’ll be fine” the lady that signed the contract even said that they were only strict with the written notice of non-renewal for “companies that had 4 or more people”. I recommend you record any conversations you have with management at this place. They refused to return the $1,385 Retainer and even wanted to charge an extra 2 months when I had already left the office! 3 months before the contract was set to expire I got an email asking about the renewal of the office. Because I actually liked the place and thought they valued the relationship, I went in person into the Management office to thank them and tell them that I will not be renewing the contract because the company I was working for was operating full-time in Downtown. One of the managers from Escalate took me, 2 different times, to show me available offices (lots were vacant) that they were offering with discounts and saying that I should considering bringing part of our team there and get a bigger office. Keep in mind both “tours” were before the 60-day limit to notify the non-renewal and I always told them that I appreciated the offer but was actually moving downtown. Through this whole time, if they were sooo strict about the “written notice” and knowing very well (as I mentioned repeatedly for the last 3 months) I was not going to renew, they could have said “please send an email” but this seems like a constant practice and rather keep quiet about that in order to keep your retainer and hopefully fall into the trap of paying for 2 months. When the contract was written to expire, which was over Christmas break, I left the offices a week in advance without discounting a cent and sent a thank you email wishing them the best. It wasn’t until two weeks later, when I asked how I would be getting the retainer back, that I received their response saying that because they didn’t have a written non-renewal I actually was “obligated”to pay for an extra two months. After countless emails, some with a very threatening and rude tone from management I decided to hire a lawyer and after sending them an email they “agreed” that the best they could do was keep the retainer and I had to pay an extra almost $400 for “cleaning and credit card fee”. Overall an extra $1,800 that is abusive and disproportionate to any services. Also,I could write another 5 paragraphs about the whole month the A/C was off and NOBODY could work because of the 87 degree temperature in the offices and how they completely disregarded all emails about the issue… In conclusion, I would suggest other places if you want a professional working space. It’s a shame because the offices are actually nice but with this poor management team you can expect to pay for rent during summer and be grilling yourself in the office and expect to be threatened with a lawsuit for believing in their word (make sure you send your non-renewal notice the first day you move in so they can’t use that against you).
