I am brand new here… And really like the office space…it was a pleasure to work with Tabitha and the front office staff… I feel bad though that the front door is locked and the front office staff have to keep getting up to open the door… It’s very unusual for a corporate building to have staff open the door every time during regular business hours

Worst experience ever. Do not rent here! I paid the security deposit, my monthly rent on time and they keep sending me incorrect invoices. I rented three months and I have received invoices for $6,000+ and $5,000+. They literally create so many inaccurate invoices and then say you owe them. Now they are refusing to return our security deposit and saying I must pay those faulty invoices! The entire duration of the three months was not even $5000 and they are billing us for this. Keep in mind I paid all my bills on time and with no problem. Feel free to each out to me if you are considering. Avoid these companies—Regus, IWG, Spaces—all rip-offs who will try and keep your security deposit! They are all owned by the same organization. Awful! This is the worst experience of my life in renting a space. Do not rent here! Awful! Also, the one good review from this place is from Danyal -- the community manager for the facility!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after I talked to Regus customer service representative at 320 Decker Drive, in Irving Texas on 11/17/2023. Ineffective Communication, Failure to Resolve the Issue and Unresponsiveness are just a few to mention. I believe in the quality of your products/services, but my recent experience has cast a shadow on my perception of your brand. I understand that mistakes can happen, and issues may arise, but the way your employee at 320 Decker Drive handled my case was unacceptable. Your customer support representative did not resolve the issue and she hung up the phone! Take your business to another company and stay out of this place.

Poor management. Not clean. Ants and some other insects are too. Bad A/C, bad windows blinds. Could not provide the corrected office keys and it took so long to receive the keys. Never change the water filter of the refrigerator and the ice machine is broken full of polluted water. Do not consider an office place here anymore.
